You will join a major organization within its industry as part of a WMS deployment and large-scale transformation initiatives. Your expertise will help realign business documentation while supporting teams through deployment and modernization activities.
Your mission (...should you choose to accept it!):
Own and update business and functional documentation while supporting WMS and ERP initiatives.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Understanding and documenting existing business processes
- Writing detailed business and functional requirements
- Creating and maintaining functional scenarios
- Supporting testing cycles, deployments, go-live and hypercare activities
- Contributing to Oracle integration and Back Office modernization projects
- Acting as a functional reference point for business and IT stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams across Canada and internationally

Your profile:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business or functional analysis
- Strong experience in distribution, retail, supply chain or inventory environments
- Experience in complex transformation programs involving ERP, data and integrations
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation
- Leadership, autonomy and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience with data migration and application integration strategies
- Bilingual English and French
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
