- Install theform work holding the concrete in place.
- Clean and inspectthe surface for casting problems.
- Directly pourconcrete by truck. Pour, level and level concrete with rake,trowel, float and screed.
- This includes hand tools andpower tool versions.
- Monitor the influenceof weather conditions on the drying process.
- Application ofsealing and hardening components.
- The electric vibrator workssafely to ensure concrete compaction.
- Cast and buildexpansion joints using carpenters and lacing tools.
- Polish thesurface with an electric polishing machine.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mason or concrete worker.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to liftheavy materials and work for long hours.
- The ability tokneel for long periods of time.
- Knowledge of hand and powertools including electric vibrators, sanders, coil saws andlacing tools.
- Able to work shifts, nightsand holidays as needed.
