About Us
- Aid in the creationof architectural designs.
- Study technicaldocuments and reports such as building codes, bylaws, spacerequirements, site requirements, andothers.
- From conceptualdrawings and instructions, create manual and CAD(computer-assisted design) drawings, specifications, costestimates, and lists of materialquantities.
- Build architecturalmodels for displays, 3-D virtual models of architecturaldesigns, etc.
- Create the bid andcontract documents.
- May be in charge ofthe architectural team's drafters, technicians, andtechnologists.
- It's possible tocoordinate, monitor,
and inspect other people's work whilesupervising construction projects.
Requirements
- ArchitecturalTechnology Diploma.
- Robust organizationaland time management abilities, as well as the capacity to workin a fast-paced environment with shiftingpriorities.
- It IS REQUIRED thatyou have practical experience using AutoCAD and MicrosoftOffice.
- Strong ability toadhere to strict deadlines for project
- Excellent criticalthinking abilities and the capacity to work independently andwith little supervision.
- Strong organizationaland time management abilities, as well as the capacity to workin a fast-paced environment with shiftingpriorities
- It IS REQUIRED thatyou have practical experience using AutoCAD and MicrosoftOffice.
