This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Architectural Walls Technician based in Canada.

Join a hands-on construction team delivering high-quality interior solutions across commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

In this role, you’ll install demountable architectural wall systems and glazed office fronts while working from drawings, plans, and site requirements.

You’ll take ownership of accurate measurements, layouts, fitting, alignment, finishing, and field adjustments.

The position combines technical installation skills with practical problem-solving in a fast-paced project environment.

You’ll work closely with supervisors, project teams, other trades, and site personnel to keep installations safe, efficient, and on schedule.

Attention to detail, craftsmanship, reliability, and a solid commitment to workplace safety are essential to success.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone looking to build their experience while contributing to exciting construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area.

Accountabilities:

- Install demountable architectural wall systems and glazed office fronts on commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects.
- Review project drawings, plans, installation requirements, and site conditions before beginning work.
- Complete accurate measurements, layouts, wall installations, door and frame installations, and glazing work.
- Prepare, modify, cut, and fit materials and components as required to achieve proper installation.
- Ensure finished installations meet required standards for fit, alignment, appearance, quality, and functionality.

- Adapt installation techniques and make appropriate field adjustments when site conditions or project requirements change.
- Identify material concerns,



installation issues, or site conditions that could affect project quality or schedule and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
- Safely operate the tools, equipment, and access equipment required for installation activities.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with supervisors, project teams, other trades, and site personnel to coordinate activities and maintain project schedules.
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, and site requirements while maintaining a professional approach on every project.

- Perform other installation and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Experience with demountable architectural wall systems and glazed office fronts within ICI construction is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.

- Valid Elevated Work Platform (EWP) training certification.
- Valid Powder Actuated Tools training certification.
- Completion of WHMIS and Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps.





- Must be a union member in good standing with Local 675, or willing to join.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, professional, and comfortable working collaboratively with multiple trades and project stakeholders.
