In this role, you will report to the National Human Resources & Safety Manager, focusing on developing and refining safety programs while ensuring compliance with legislation.

Your presence in the field will support frontline workers through coaching and mentoring, addressing real-time safety issues, and leading investigations to identify root causes of incidents. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop health and safety programs for operational excellence
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Oversee claims management with CNESST and WCB
- Facilitate safety committee meetings and training sessions
- Engage employees in safety ownership and initiatives Requirements:
- At least seven years of experience in Health and Safety
- Post-secondary qualifications in a related field
- Pursuit of CRSP designation is a plus
- Bilingual communication skills, French and English
