We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered Copilot agents within a financial services environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of AI agent solutions across PMO/COO use cases.
- Design and implement Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
- Build RAG solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and connectors.
- Develop reusable prompt architectures and patterns.
- Define MCP and enterprise connector integration strategies.
- Build advanced Power Automate workflows and agent orchestration.
- Implement Entra ID, security, governance, and data boundary controls.
- Coordinate UAT, SME reviews, stakeholder engagement, and final sign-off.

- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Advanced Power Automate
- Hands-on RAG architecture
- SharePoint & Microsoft Graph
- Prompt engineering/architecture
- MCP / enterprise connector integration

- AI/digital delivery leadership experience
- Financial services experience preferred
