Dairy Queen is looking for a responsible, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager with daily operations
- Lead and supervise crew members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Handle cash, opening/closing procedures, and daily tasks
- Train and support new employees
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Help keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is an asset
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Must be available for late-night closing shifts and split shifts
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
