In this role you will assist in the day-to-day management of the Pattison Ag parts department by growing sales, driving customer satisfaction and enhancing overall department efficiencies. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative setting that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

- Support all Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Schedule and assign tasks to employees based on their skills/knowledge
- Develop and execute marketing plan along with all departments to achieve corporate goals
- Resolve customer concerns with focus on satisfaction, retention, and business growth
- Provide support and expertise on various parts systems
- Ensure departmental profitability and overall department performance
- Help motivate, inspire, and assist employees in their pursuit of excellence through coaching, training, and development
- Participate in all Parts Department functions including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all employees




- Problem solving and troubleshooting to locate required parts and find appropriate resources for customers

Requirements

- 3+ years’ experience in Parts Department operations
- Parts Management Technician certification preferred
- Experience leading and developing others an asset
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere agriculture and competitive products
- A current Parts Manager role, or senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department
