THE ROLE

Are you passionate about collaboration and strengthening enterprise governance? As the Associate Director, Enterprise Governance & Business Management, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in driving enterprise-wide governance, business management, policy development, and strategic decision-making. This is your opportunity to combine governance expertise, business acumen, and change leadership to influence outcomes that support the organization's long-term success.

In this role, you will:

✔ Lead an effective team that supports enterprise governance and policy frameworks, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across the organization

✔ Oversee business initiatives and intake processes, supporting executive decision-making through governance, analysis, and prioritization

✔ Champion organizational change and business transformation, leading process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies

✔ Provide strategic advice and enterprise-level analysis, including business cases,



risk assessments, executive briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership

✔ Build collaborative relationships across divisions, advancing enterprise objectives through strong partnerships and cross-functional leadership

We're looking for a strategic leader with experience in enterprise governance, business management, policy development, organizational planning, and change management. The ideal candidate excels at navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and translating business needs into practical, enterprise-wide solutions.

Qualifications Needed Education, Certifications and Licenses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline AND several years of progressive management experience a related field or relevant industry Experience In developing, researching, analyzing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures In interpreting and implementing relevant legislation and regulations In planning, managing, implementing and evaluating projects, programs, services, activities, and/or business plans and strategies In data and information management and analytics In planning, managing, evaluating and promoting enterprise programs In preparing and supporting the development of enterprise strategies In overseeing the development of training and presentations In budget administration In personnel administration

Other Information

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
