- Oversee Quality compliance across GMP manufacturing processes
- Drive batch record reviews for timely GMP material release
- Lead CAPAs and root cause investigations for ongoing improvement




- Ensure material qualification and phase release of components
- Shape Quality policies and maintain inspection readiness

Requirements:

- 12+ years of GxP industry experience, 5 years in quality leadership
- In-depth knowledge of FDA, Health Canada, and ICH regulations
- Proven track record in building high-performance Quality teams
- Experience in biological Drug Substance and aseptic manufacturing
- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
