You will develop scalable frameworks for managing leaves and accommodations while ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and compliant. Expertise in HR and disability management will be critical to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enhancement of leave and workplace accommodation programs
- Manage documentation and coordination of complex cases
- Advise on statutory leave processes and compliance




- Develop and implement policies for program consistency
- Monitor program metrics and prepare reporting for governance Requirements:
- 7+ years of HR experience, including leave management
- Strong knowledge of human rights and privacy legislation
- Proven track record of managing sensitive cases
- Experience in developing processes in complex environments
