- 12+ years in IT infrastructure , with 6+ years hands‑on AWS architecture and operations in enterprise/managed‑services environments.
- AWS Skilled‑level certification (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional) strongly preferred.
- Deep, hands‑on expertise across VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, IAM (execution), EventBridge, CloudWatch , and AWS‑native backup/DR.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub) and change management integration (ServiceNow/CAB).
- Familiarity with enterprise observability (Dynatrace, Datadog, Instana, CloudWatch) and ITSM operations.
- Proven ability to operate within client‑owned cloud governance (Landing Zone, Control Tower, IAM policy) — clear on the execute‑vs‑govern boundary.
- Solid grasp of hybrid estates and coordination with on‑prem/middleware teams.
