About the Opportunity

Akkodis is seeking a Bilingual Manual Tester (English/French) with hands-on experience testing Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of customer service and contact center applications within a cloud-based environment.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented QA professional who enjoys validating end-to-end customer journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional user experiences across bilingual customer-facing platforms.

What Will the Successful Candidate Do?

The AWS Connect Bilingual Manual Tester's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate Amazon Connect call flows, routing profiles, queues, IVR functionality, and customer interaction workflows.
- Test integrations between Amazon Connect and CRM, ticketing, telephony, and third-party applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and testing scenarios.
- Validate multilingual customer journeys and business processes in both English and French.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices,



and project timelines.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of Manual Software Testing experience.
- Hands-on experience testing Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) environments.
- Experience testing contact center, customer service, or IVR platforms.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Robust understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience creating and executing test cases and documenting defects.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or other defect management tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AWS services including:
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon S3
- API Gateway
- CloudWatch
- DynamoDB
- Experience with CRM platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Zendesk
- ServiceNow
- Knowledge of contact center operations and omnichannel customer service environments.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.

- Must be available to work EST business hours.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
