B2B Lead Generation Specialist | Remote, Commission-Based

Criflet is a founder-led independent software development studio that builds custom web applications, CRM systems, business automation solutions, mobile apps, and other software for growing businesses.

We currently operate as a lean studio and are expanding our client acquisition efforts by bringing on a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help identify potential clients, start conversations, and generate qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify businesses that may need Criflet’s services.
- Find relevant decision-makers and contact information.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, or other suitable channels.
- Introduce Criflet and explain our services clearly.
- Ask basic qualification questions to understand the prospect’s needs and interest.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Book qualified discovery meetings with Criflet.
- Keep prospect details, activities, and follow-ups updated in Zoho CRM .

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English.




- Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Willing to make cold calls and conduct outbound outreach.
- At least a few months of practical experience in cold calling, outbound outreach, lead generation, or B2B prospecting.
- Basic understanding of software, SaaS, technology, or digital services.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

Compensation This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor role with no fixed salary .

You will receive 15% commission on revenue actually collected from clients you generate .

Example: If a client you bring pays Criflet $5,000, your commission is $750.
