Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and organization of shop supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for daily operations
- Support front-of-house staff by handling inventory management and restocking as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back shop area, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Provide friendly guest services support by responding to inquiries and assisting with basic needs in the back shop area
- Clean out and wash golf carts and ensure they are ready for golfers checking in to play
- Tend to the driving range robot and collect the range balls and load them into the washing machine and deliver to the golf shop




- Sweep up around the clubhouse and parking lot and pick up any garbage
- Ensure the driving range, clubhouse area and parking lots are clean and free of litter, leaves etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure environment for staff and guestsQualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Organized with excellent attention to detail for managing supplies and maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service
