Barista & Café All-Rounder Humble Coffee Roasters

We're searching for a versatile, coffee-passionate team member to become a cornerstone of our daily operations. This role blends barista craft, food preparation, and a willingness to be part of our brand story on camera, ideal for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats and takes pride in elevating both the product and the people around them.

Schedule 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (on-site)

We are lookingh for one part time 3 days a week and one full time 5 days a week. All shifts are 8 hours.

The Role

You'll be deeply involved in every aspect of how our café runs, with coffee at the center.

Coffee & Beverage Service

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, batch brew, and specialty beverages to a high standard
- Maintain bar cleanliness, dial in grinders, and uphold quality control throughout service

Food Preparation

- Execute daily food prep, assembling grab-and-go items, restocking pastry cases,



and supporting kitchen needs
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

Content & Marketing

- Collaborate with our marketing team on video content, whether that's demonstrating a pour-over, talking through a new menu item, or bringing personality to our social channels
- Represent the Humble brand with authenticity and enthusiasm on camera

Who You Are

- Experienced barista with a solid foundation in espresso and milk technique
- Comfortable teaching others and explaining the "why" behind best practices
- Confident and natural on camera, no acting experience needed, just genuine presence
- Organized, self-directed, and calm under morning-rush pressure
- Genuinely hospitable, you care about the guest experience and your coworkers' growth
- Physically able to lift stock, stand for extended periods, and move efficiently in a small space

Nice to Have

- Previous lead, shift supervisor, or training experience
- Familiarity with food safety certifications
- Experience creating or appearing in social media content

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
