About Us :

LA PETITE COLLINE & CHU LOO is a Taiwanese bakery restaurant located in Scarborough, with a focus on quality food, beverages, and customer experience. We are looking for an experienced motivated barista to join our team, who is passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and other drinks according to company recipes and quality standards

- Operate commercial espresso machines accurately and adjust espresso extraction parameters as needed to maintain consistency

- Steam milk with consistent texture, and perform basic latte art skills

- Maintain beverage quality and efficient service during peak hours

- Assist with daily bar operations, inventory preparation, and restocking supplies

- Keep bar and workstations clean, organized, and well maintained





- Provide friendly, attentive, and effective customer service

Qualifications &

Skills :

- Minimum 1 year of barista experience is required

- Experience in specialty coffee, bartending, or dessert preparation is a strong asset

- Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certification, or be willing to obtain one

- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team

Compensation &

- Starting from $18.60/hour and up, depending on experience and skill level
