- Handle cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, processing payments securely and accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth operations.

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista or in food service roles with strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety and proper handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order processing accurately.
- Experience in serving or food preparation enhances your ability to deliver quality service.
- Strong communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to create positive guest interactions.
