Role Description The Bartender is a full-time, on-site role located in Grande Prairie, AB. This role is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and responsible service guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming bar environment.

The Bartender will handle cash, process payments, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area,



and restock supplies as needed. The role also involves working closely with serving and kitchen teams to ensure timely service, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and supporting overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and work effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including drink preparation, menu items, and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience with Cash Handling and point-of-sale systems to accurately process transactions.
- Proven Bartending skills, including mixing cocktails, pouring beverages, and maintaining bar operations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant provincial certifications for alcohol service (or willingness to obtain) and adherence to local regulations.
