We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team at Bizarre gatro Pub . The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience with POS systems. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, craft quality drinks, and ensure a memorable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Operate POS systems such as Clover for order processing and cash handling
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
- Assist in setting up the bar area before shifts and cleaning up after closing shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while maintaining a safe workplace for guests
- Hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to creating positive guest experiences
- Must be at least 18 years old or older, depending on local regulations
