Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Server/Bartender who is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can easily transition between serving tables and working behind the bar. (Newly Open)

The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and comfortable multitasking while still providing genuine, knowledgeable service. Our menu is inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean flavours, so we’re looking for someone who is excited to learn the culture behind our dishes, confidently make recommendations, and help guide guests through the menu!

We want someone who can read the room, connect with guests, recommend food and drinks, upsell naturally, and create a fun and memorable dining experience — even when it gets busy.

Previous serving and bartending experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Take guest orders accurately using our Clover POS system
- Serve tables while also being comfortable working behind the bar
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Learn our food and beverage menu and confidently explain dishes to guests
- Make knowledgeable food and drink recommendations
- Upsell naturally while maintaining genuine guest service
- Run food and drinks efficiently
- Manage multiple tables and bar guests during busy periods
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service area




- Follow Smart Serve, alcohol service, and food-safety standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Work as part of a team during high-volume service

Previous Experience
- Previous serving and bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge environment is preferred
- Experience working in different hospitality environments is an asset
- Must be able to adapt to our restaurant's service style and culture!
- Comfortable learning new systems, menus, cocktails, and procedures
- Robust ability to multitask between tables and bar service
- POS experience is an asset; Clover experience is a bonus
- Must be coachable, flexible, and willing to learn

Tips Tips are not pooled or shared between servers. Each server keeps their own individual tips.

Please keep in mind that we are newly open and still growing our team. As we prepare for our official grand opening, all new team members will recieve training to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
