Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance client appearance and confidence
- Deliver outstanding guest services by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations and safety protocols
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, client check-ins, product demos, and retail sales to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue




- Upsell products and additional services through engaging communication and expert knowledge of our offerings
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare to promote ongoing wellness and loyalty

Requirements

- Proven experience in beauty services such as nail care, waxing, makeup application, or eyelash extensions is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a beauty or spa environment
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommend products or services confidently
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to stay current on trends and techniques
- Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus
