Become a Behavioral Instructor Therapist with Side by Side Therapy, focusing on children diagnosed with Autism. Part-time, flexible schedule make it easier to balance your schedule while providing essential support. In this independent contractor position, you’ll work directly with children, applying ABA strategies under the guidance of a Senior Therapist.

Applicants must be ready for a minimum of 4 hours weekly, with an emphasis on effective communication and cooperation with families, as well as recording data for assessments. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct focused ABA sessions tailored for each child
- Collaborate with RBA and implement their guidance
- Maintain organized records and data for progress tracking
- Communicate effectively with families and other staff
