Lightspeed in Montréal, Canada is seeking a Product Adoption Specialist to join the Customer Success team for our Golf product. You will lead onboarding and adoption sessions, working with the Account Manager to resolve challenges and establish sustainable workflows for long-term success.

You will educate customers on configuring Golf + POS, implement recent features after upsell, and serve as a product specialist during training to ensure high adoption and retention.
