Your responsibilities will include implementing mentor recruitment strategies, organizing training, and ensuring high-quality mentor support, while addressing anti-Black systemic barriers through community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Design mentorship training focusing on youth engagement
- Strengthen ties with corporate and community partners
- Oversee mentor-mentee matching and communication
- Conduct outreach and networking events
- Track attendance and analyze program outcomes Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Experience with community outreach and volunteer coordination
