The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Permanent employment or Full time job. The shift timings include Day, Weekend and Morning.
Salary: $28.00 to $29.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

- The candidate must calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- The candidate must calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping financial records as well as establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
- The candidate must post journal entries.
- The candidate must prepare additional statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- The candidate must prepare a trial balance of books.
- The candidate must reconcile accounts.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be reliable.

- The candidate must be familiar with Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and Quick Books.
