As General

Manager, you will spearhead operations and ensure a top-notch customer experience. This position requires you to lead and inspire your team while managing day-to-day facility operations. You’ll coach team performance, maintain high-quality service standards, and contribute to achieving the company's financial objectives. Your leadership will promote a culture of growth and professional development within the team. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and uphold the WOW plan consistently
- Lead hiring, training, and personnel management
- Prepare and manage collision center budgets
- Set performance targets and conduct reviews
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the facility Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- 3+ years of management experience in collision repair
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
