Building Maintenance

Technicians are essential in helping us maintain our unique spa experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform minor repairs on equipment and installations
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Ensure replacement parts meet par levels
- Conduct monthly tests of safety and mechanical systems
- Assist with other related duties as needed Requirements:
- 2 years of vocational training or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in facility maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights
