Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cashiering and cash handling
- Take orders accurately using the POS system and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times




- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering transactions
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in a restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team setting within a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere
- Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance guest experience
