We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with solid Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to work with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and subject-matter experts to define business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process reviews.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for development and technical teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, Architects, and business users.
- Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and gap analysis.
- Support solution design and validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements.
- Create process flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, and data-flow documentation.
