Join Our Team

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Business Development – Agriculture & Special Processes professional to join our Business Development team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Development, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with OEM partners and customers within the agricultural manufacturing, steel, plating, and coatings sectors.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across multiple departments to deliver exceptional service and business results.

What You’ll Do

As the primary point of contact for OEM partners and customers, you will:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs and customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and support recent business development initiatives.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Manage and support customer forecasting activities.
- Maintain pricing and proposal processes in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with quotations, proposals,



and contract renewals.
- Facilitate meetings and support special projects as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
- Travel to customer sites, partner locations, and industry trade shows as required.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer service within a manufacturing, steel, metals, or industrial environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:

o Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis) o Word o Outlook o Microsoft Teams
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in agricultural manufacturing, steel processing, plating, coatings, or related industries.
- Knowledge of steel grades, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as JobBOSS or SAP.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, identify trends, and evaluate market opportunities.
