Enhance ERP solutions as a Business Systems Analyst/Developer at Richards Packaging, primarily focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related systems. Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and improve functionalities. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Systems, you'll support and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You'll split your time between addressing ERP support tickets and implementing enhancements, making your contributions vital to the organization’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- Collaborate with users to identify issues and solutions
- Develop and deploy Business Central extensions
- Maintain code using GitHub or Azure DevOps
- Create and manage Business Central reports Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 support
- Proficient in AL development and Visual Studio Code
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation Leverage your analytical skills and technical acumen to drive improvements in Richards Packaging’s business systems.
