o 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
o Experience within banking, payments, or fin-tech o Knowledge of the payments domain, SWIFT, including ISO 20022, real-time payments, fraud/risk controls, and resiliency o Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments o Strong requirements elicitation and documentation experience.
o Experience with process modelling, user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements traceability, and testing support.
o Solid understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, messaging, and batch processing.
o Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Microsoft Office
