Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
- Assist with food handling and preparation to support kitchen staff when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions, including cashiering duties
- Support guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction




- Keep track of table turnover and manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen operations is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
