Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold sanitation standards
- Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing exceptional guest services

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, upselling, and guest engagement
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
