We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Technologist to join our team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and in the building construction industry.

Candidates must be proficient communicating in English. We are looking for an individual that possesses a strong work ethic, is self-motivated, highly organized, and works well in a team environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience as an AutoCAD drafter with high skill level.
- Experience in the building construction industry with a preference for those with a strong knowledge of exterior wall cladding assemblies and Building Science.
- Proficient in reading architectural construction drawings.
- Preference for those able to produce & deliver files for direct to CNC fabrication.




- Preference for those who also possess proficiency with Rhino and/or Solid Works 3D modelling.
- Strong understanding of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Reside within or near Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities

- Independently able to produce shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Review project specifications to ensure compliance.
- Utilize technical knowledge to identify and solve design problems.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with company requirements and methodologies.
