Duties
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing to achieve a spotless finish
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to the team
- Apply cleaning products and techniques safely and effectively to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and ready for use
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally and courteously
- Assist with vehicle preparation for delivery or sale, ensuring each car is presentation-ready
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and quality workmanship
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
