Expect to frame structures, hang doors, and install flooring while guiding less experienced team members. Ensuring that projects meet high standards of craftsmanship will be your priority. Key Responsibilities:

- Frame walls, doors, and perform various installations
- Provide mentorship and support to junior carpenters
- Accurately read plans and calculate measurements
- Safely use power and hand tools on site
- Maintain clean job site conditions and safety protocols Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry or construction
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints
- Proficient in drywall installation and finish work
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
