Job Summary The Build Concept Group Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team in Ottawa.

Duties

- Perform general carpentry work for construction and renovation projects.
- Framing, forming, installation, repair, and replacement of wood components.
- Read and follow drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install lumber, plywood, and other construction materials.
- Perform demolition and preparation work as required.
- Assist with balcony, deck, structural repair, and exterior renovation work.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, and elevated work platforms when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and Ontario construction safety requirements.
- Work effectively with supervisors and other members of the construction crew.

Experience

- Previous carpentry or general construction experience.




- Good knowledge of construction tools and materials.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Must have CSA-approved construction safety boots.
- Working at Heights certification is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Full time availability.

Compensation: Based on experience
