Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Victoria, BC. The Carpenter will perform a variety of restoration and construction tasks, including framing, installing and repairing structural and finish components, and completing carpentry work to restore damaged properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include reading plans or work orders, measuring and cutting materials, safely operating hand and power tools, and executing high-quality finish carpentry such as trim, doors, and cabinetry.





The role involves working closely with project managers and technicians, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and interacting professionally with clients and team members. The Carpenter contributes directly to restoring properties to pre-loss condition while adhering to company standards, timelines, and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry and framing for residential and commercial restoration projects.
- High-quality finish carpentry skills, including trim work, doors, and cabinetry installation.
- Skilled in the protected operation of hand and power tools commonly used in construction and restoration.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Safety-oriented mindset for active job sites, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
