Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including cashiering, POS transactions, and basic math calculations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, manage time efficiently, and ensure smooth store operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated technical sales experience with the ability to perform product demos confidently.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with merchandising standards, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent time management and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where customer service excellence is prioritized will set you apart.
