Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain attractive displays and organized shelves
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store policies, or promotions




- Maintain accurate cash register balances and handle transactions with basic math proficiency
- Support the team with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
- Technical sales experience including product demos and explaining features to customers is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising standards
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate cash transactions and register balancing
