- Participate in continence management and ostomy care
- Record care observations and assist in care planning Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant program
- Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Proficiency in operating healthcare technology
- Robust communication skills with residents and families
