Full Description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and kind individual for substitute hours at Valley Gardens Playschool Inc. located inside B.E Glavin school.

We focus on meeting children's emotion needs as well as practicing kindergarten readiness skills. We are looking for someone who would thrive in a team of three to four people.

Responsibilities Include

- Developing relationships with children and families
- Providing additional support within the program to help co-regulate children with additional support needs
- Observing and anticipating children’s triggers and offer tools to help regulate (e.g. deep breathing techniques, sensory exploration, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned

Training: Will be provided as needed Salary: Based on ELCC wage grid
