This full time role emphasizes event management, community collaboration, and educational outreach. In this pivotal role within the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing, you will handle a variety of outreach events aimed at inspiring interest in mathematics and computer science.

You will work closely with faculty and community partners to plan, implement, and evaluate both face-to-face and digital initiatives that resonate with learners. Your strategic vision will help elevate the CEMC's reputation as a leader in educational outreach. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage planning and execution of diverse outreach events
- Coordinate logistics, from catering to vendor relationships




- Collaborate on the design of marketing materials
- Provide administrative support for various educational programs
- Create and maintain systems for event tracking and reporting Requirements:
- Degree in event management or relevant field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in event facilitation and coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
