Fewll Indoor Golf is looking for certified golf coaches to join our growing network. Our facility is conveniently situated between Mickelson National Golf Club and Springbank Links Golf Course.
This is an independent contract opportunity for coaches who want the freedom to build and manage their own coaching practice within a premium indoor golf facility. You set your own lesson rates and availability, and have the flexibility to build your business and manage your margins directly.
We are looking for instructors who deliver high-quality private and small-group sessions, who can work confidently with golfers of all skill levels. Applicants must be capable of building strong client relationships, and hold helping golfers genuinely improve their game at the centre of their coaching philosophy.
A recognized teaching certification such as PGA, LPGA, USGTF, or an equivalent credential is required, along with appropriate personal liability insurance through a registered association. Experience with simulator-based coaching and launch-monitor technology is an asset, but not a necessity with a willingness to learn.
Coaches are responsible for setting up and managing their own ALBA account. Alba is an all-in-one management and booking platform built specifically for indoor golf venues and golf coaches. It handles scheduling, customer payment and automated door access.
This platform gives coaches control over their availability and payouts, with costs automatically separated based on our flat-fee independent contractor arrangement.
