This hybrid role is designed for an experienced professional ready to foster organizational adaptability. The selected Change Management Specialist will engage for over 7 months with potential extensions, focusing on significant change management functions.

Your role will involve formulating strategies, managing change impacts, and delivering targeted training and communication. With a robust foundation in change management methodologies, you will guide both leaders and teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structured change management activities across projects
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments




- Support the creation of communication and training materials
