We are seeking an experienced Information Governance and Cybersecurity professional to support a court organization in managing information, cybersecurity, records retention, and technology-related risks within a highly confidential legal and judicial environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a robust combination of IT, cybersecurity, information governance, records management, research, and advisory experience, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, judiciary, court administrators, government IT organizations, and justice-sector partners.
A law degree and/or CISSP certification would be highly valued.
Requirements
- Education/training in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT and information governance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, records retention, and information management.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing professional reports, opinions, and memoranda.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
