Your responsibilities will also include monitoring individual development and maintaining daily communications with parents. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement National YMCA Child Care curriculum
- Facilitate stimulating and engaging activities for kids
- Document and track children’s developmental progress
- Ensure a safe environment per YMCA and local regulations
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding development Requirements:
- Experience working with young children is preferred
- Level 1 Child Care Certification in progress or obtained
- Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR - C required
- Ability to undergo a Police Information Check
