Step into a rewarding Child Care Team Leader role at YMCA in Prince George. This full time position lets you lead with compassion while driving child-focused programs. As a Team Leader, you’ll support YMCA’s mission by fostering an engaging environment for children ages 5-12.

This temporary position is expected to last until June 30, 2027, providing leadership to a passionate team and ensuring the safety and well-being of children. You’ll be required to plan activities, supervise staff, and maintain adherence to licensing regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs
- Maintain appropriate staff/child ratios and compliance
- Supervise and coach a team of School Age Leaders
- Establish communication with families and stakeholders
- Prepare healthy snacks and oversee child activities Requirements:
- Age of at least 19 years required
- Relevant experience in child care or leadership preferred
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification within 45 days
